Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 stalk celery with leaves, chopped
- 1 large carrot chopped
- 2 potatoes cubed
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- hot sauce to taste (I used habanero, it's got a nice flavor and good kick)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 can (12 oz.) beer (I used Asahi, a Japanese beer - really good!)
- salt and pepper to taste
