- box of lasagna noodles (regular, NOT no-bake)
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
- 32 oz ricotta
- 3 cups Parmesan, shredded
- 12 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- olive or canola oil
