- 3 tender smaller sized zucchinis
- 4 cups of small mushrooms
- 16 oz. of cooked ziti
- ¼ lb. of butter
- ---SAUCE---
- 2 lbs. of fresh tomatoes
- 1 cup of sundried tomatoes
- 1/3 a bunch of celery
- 1 large onion
- 3-4 tbls. of chopped garlic
- 1 ½ cups of white retsina
- 2 cups of chicken stock
- 1 cups of tomato sauce
- Fresh oregano, flat leafed parsley and even basil.
- salt. pepper
