- 1/4 cup light olive oil
- juice from 1/2 lime
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- coconut AND ANNATTO SEED SAUCE:
- 1 tbs masa flour
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 (15-ounce) can coconut milk
- 2 tbs coconut oil
- 1/4 tbs rosemary
- 1 tbs annatto powder
- 4 dry ancho chiles
- 1/2 tbs salt
