- 1 tsp basil
- 1 bay leaf
- 140g tub tomato paste
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 tsp sugar
- thinly sliced spring onions(scallions) for garnish

I'd Never Had Jambalaya Till I Made This, So Im Not Sure How 'authentic' It Is, But It Sure Is Yummy, Just The Right Amout Of Spicy For Me.
