• 1/3 cup of finely minced onions
• 1 1/2 tablespoon parsley flakes
• 20 small cubes of monterey jack cheese or small cubes of cheddar
• Sauce:
• 1 and 1/2 c of chili sauce
• 1 c beer or remainder of can from above
• 2 teaspoon cider vinegar
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
• 1/3 c horseradish
