- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/3 cup of finely minced onions
- 1 1/2 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 20 small cubes of monterey jack cheese or small cubes of cheddar
- Sauce:
- 1 and 1/2 c of chili sauce
- 1 c beer or remainder of can from above
- 2 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 c horseradish
