  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce (I use low sodium)
  • 2 tbsp. veg. oil
  • 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
  • Peanut sauce:
  • 4 generous tbsp. smooth peanut butter
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. Asian chili paste
