  • 4 cups spinach leaves(coarsely cut)
  • 1 small onion( thinly sliced)
  • 7-8 tsp chickpea flour
  • 1 tsp rice flour
  • 5-6 curry leaves(chopped)
  • 1 tsp ginger-galic paste
  • 1/2 tsp kasuri methi
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 2 pinch baking soda
  • oil to deep fry
  • salt to taste
