- OR sub 1 ½ c chicken bouillon for the wine and water
- ¼ c chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 T sugar
- 1 t dried oregano
- 1 t dried basil
- 1 t dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 t salt
- ½ t pepper
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 (28 oz) can whole tomatoes, undrained, chopped
- 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste

The Sauce Gets Better After The Flavors Blend In The Refrigerator A Few Days. This Recipe Also Found On A Piece Of Copy Paper With No Date, Floating Around In My Cook Books. Makes Enough For A Half Pound Pasta. Mother Likes It Enough To Eat It As A Soup.
