- *1 cup Extra Light olive oil
⢠1 cup unbleached flour
⢠2 large onions, chopped
⢠2 bell peppers, chopped

⢠4 - 6 cloves garlic, minced
⢠4 quarts water
⢠1/2 of a 3.5 oz bottle Knorr Chicken bouillon
⢠2 tbsp basil
⢠1 tsp Extra Spicy Mrs. Dash (or to taste)
⢠1 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)
⢠2 bay leaves
⢠2 teaspoons Creole seasoning, or to taste
⢠1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
⢠Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
⢠2 pounds of pealed shrimp
⢠16 oz Lump Crab Meat (Sam's Club sells it)
⢠2 pounds Jennie O Lean Smoked sausage, cut into 1/4" slices
⢠1 can diced tomatoes (I used Hunt's basil & oregano)
⢠1 bunch scallions (green onions), tops only, chopped
⢠2/3 cup fresh chopped parsley or a tbsp or 2 dried
⢠2 tbsp File Gumbo powder
