Ingredients
- 30 udon noodles Cooked As directed then drained and rinsed with cold water.
- 1/2 Cup broccoli
- 2 Tbsp Diced tomato
- olive oil
- 1 Large carrot Shredded
- 1 clove of garlic Minced
- Sauce
- 1 Cap Teriyaki
- 1 Cap Soy
- 1/2 Cap rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp tomato paste.(Or more if you like.)
- 1 Cap balsamic vinegar
- 1-2 Tsp light brown sugar.
- Splash of olive oil
Description
This Is A Summer Version Of Udon Noodles. I Made The Colors Firey And Serve It When Its Cooled Off Instead Of Hot. Its Made With Tomato And Has A Tomato Paste Sauce To Go With It.
