Summer Udon Noodles Recipe

Ingredients

  • 30 udon noodles Cooked As directed then drained and rinsed with cold water.
  • 1/2 Cup broccoli
  • 2 Tbsp Diced tomato
  • olive oil
  • 1 Large carrot Shredded
  • 1 clove of garlic Minced
  • Sauce
  • 1 Cap Teriyaki
  • 1 Cap Soy
  • 1/2 Cap rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp tomato paste.(Or more if you like.)
  • 1 Cap balsamic vinegar
  • 1-2 Tsp light brown sugar.
  • Splash of olive oil

Description

This Is A Summer Version Of Udon Noodles. I Made The Colors Firey And Serve It When Its Cooled Off Instead Of Hot. Its Made With Tomato And Has A Tomato Paste Sauce To Go With It.
