- 1 stick unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh peaches
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch, plus 2 tablespoons water, to thicken, if needed
Rum Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons orange liqueur
- 2 tablespoons dark rum
Garnish:
- Creme fraiche
- Fresh mint
