  • 1/2 pound large shrimp, peeled, deveined and chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
  • 1 head savoy cabbage, leaves plucked
  • 1/2 cup julienned carrots
  • 1/2 cup julienned cucumber
