- 2 1/2 pounds green beans
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1 pound cremini mushrooms, stems discarded, caps thinly sliced
- 2 cups chicken stock or canned low-sodium broth
- 1/2 cup crme frache
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
