Ingredients

  6. 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  7. 1/2 cup pine nuts
  8. 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  9. 1/2 pound lean ground lamb or beef
  10. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  11. 3 cups chicken stock
  12. 1/2 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
