  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, sliced (see Tip)
  • 5 cooked peeled shrimp, (31-40 per pound)
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons light blue cheese dressing
