- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil or bacon drippings
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- Grated Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, for serving (optional)
