- Grape Tomato, 1- container sliced once long ways and twice across
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice, you can use frozen lemon juice found in frozen juice cooler
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce, start with 2 teaspoons add more as needed
- 5 tablespoons Mayonnaise, Hellman's regular brand
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese, full fat, at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon Sweet Onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon Garlic, finely minced
- Kosher Salt
- Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, curled from a cheese wedge using veggie peeler or a cheese slicer
- 1 bag Romaine Lettuce, pre-washed, fold leaf in half long ways, remove stem, and tear into bite size pieces
