  • 2 pints Red Cherry Tomato
  • 14 cup Chicken Stock
  • 14 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • pinch Fresh Rosemary
  • 14 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 14 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, 1/2 stick
  • 34 cup Shallot, chopped
  • 3 cups Chicken Stock
  • 12 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 12 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 12 cup Couscous
  • 12 cup Toasted Pine Nuts
  • 14 cup Dried Currants
  • 2 tablespoons Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped
