Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs, Place in a pot and add boiling water. Cover with a lid and remove eggs after twenty minutes.
  • 12 pound Beef, Thinly sliced.
  • 5 tablespoons Teriyaki Sauce, Tare sauce: 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Sake 1tbsp Sugar 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 12 teaspoon Dashi Soup Stock, Fish or shrimp flavoring
  • 5 grams Fresh Ginger, Grind into paste.
  • 12 Onion, Chop into wedges.
  • 1 cup Rice, Jasmine or Japanese rice preferred. Prepare rice by rinsing until water is clear.
