  • 12 ounces Beef Sirloin, or tenderloin, sliced across the grain into 1/2x2-inch strips
  • 1 tablespoon Canola Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic, minced
  • 12 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 8 ounces Broccolini, trimmed
  • 1 cup Red Onion, sliced
  • 3 cups Fresh Shiitake Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups Red Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup Canned Mandarin Orange Slices, or fresh
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach, packed
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds, toasted
