- 1⁄3 cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1⁄2 cup Finely Chopped Yellow Pepper
- 1⁄2 cup Finely Chopped Red Pepper
- 1⁄2 cup Finely Chopped Green Pepper
- 1 1⁄2 cups Finely Chopped Onion
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Salt
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 can Whole Kernel Corn (14-3/4 ounce), drained
- 1⁄4 cup Salsa
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
