dough - makes 12 small buns or 6 large buns
1/4 cup lukewarm water1/2 tsp sugar1 tsp dry yeast1/2 cup warm milk1/4 cup sugar1/4 tsp salt1 1/2 cup flour plus extra for kneading12 pcs 2 1-2 x 2 1-2 inch square wax paper pork filling
1/2 tsp oil1/2 Lb. ground pork2 tbsp chopped onion1/2 tsp minced garlic1 tbsp soysauce1 tbsp sugar1/2 tbsp oyster sauce1/8 cup water1/2 tsp cornstarch dissolve in 1 tbsp water
