  • 9 large iceberg lettuce leaves, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons fresh grated lemon zest
YOGURT MINT SAUCE:
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons cumin seeds, toasted and finely ground
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 bunches fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
