1 cup  low-fat milk 1/2 cup  sugar 2 teaspoons  plain powdered gelatin 2 tablespoons  cold water 1/3 cup  fat-free sour cream (3 ounces) 1 1/2 cups  plain fat-free Greek yogurt 2 tablespoons  fresh lime juice 1/4 teaspoon  pure vanilla extract 3 tablespoons  water 3 tablespoons  sugar 1   pineapple peeled, cored and quartered  (1 3/4 pounds) 1 pinch of  salt
