Ingredients

PANNA COTTA

  1. 1 cup low-fat milk
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 2 teaspoons plain powdered gelatin
  4. 2 tablespoons cold water
  5. 1/3 cup fat-free sour cream (3 ounces)
  6. 1 1/2 cups plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  7. 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  8. 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

GRANITA

  1. 3 tablespoons water
  2. 3 tablespoons sugar
  3. 1 pineapple (1 3/4 pounds)—peeled, cored and quartered
  4. Pinch of salt
