- 1 cup of frozen peas
- 1/2 cup chopped shallots/spring onions
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1 very large egg, or 2 small eggs
- 2 tsp curry pdr
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- For the sauce
- 1 cup natural yoghurt
- 1 tblsp chopped mint
- 1 tblsp lemon juice
- lemon wedges to serve
