- 400 g wholemeal pasta, like fusilli, penne or rigatoni
- 1 bunch silverbeet, stems trimmed (see âtipâ), leaves washed and torn into bite-sized pieces
- â cup shredded fresh basil or parsley
- â cup grated Parmesan cheese
