  • Tartare Sauce:
  • 250ml readymade mayonnaise
  • 3 cornichons or 1 medium pickle, diced
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 6 chives, diced
  • 3 sprigs parsley, diced
  • Oriental Sauce:
  • 250ml readymade mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon wasabi paste
  • American Sauce:
  • 250ml readymade mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon Tabasco or similar spicy sauce
  • Spanish Sauce:
  • 250ml readymade mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch saffron powder
  • 1 marinade red capsicum or pepper, finely diced
