  • 5 cups (1.25L) hot chicken stock
  • 1 cup thickened cream
  • 3 cups cooked broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons grated Romano cheese
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
