  • 375g (3 cups) self-raising flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 cup (30g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 65g butter
  • 3/4 cup (190ml) milk, more if needed
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon curry paste (optional)
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 900g lamb mince
  • 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brandy
  • 2 tablespoons port or red wine
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 300g frozen green peas, thawed
  • 1 cup (250ml) water
  • 1/4 cup (30g) plain flour
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 3/4 cup (90g) grated Parmesan cheese
