Ingredients
- 1 1/2 - 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground bulk sausage
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1/2 C. finely chopped yellow onion
- 1/4 - 1/2 C. seasoned bread crumbs
- splash of EVOO and worcestershire sauce
- chicken broth as needed for moisture
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/8 tsp. dried rosemary
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can spinach (or one carton frozen and thawed)
- 1/2 lb. fresh mozzarella cheese
