  • 2/3 C. dry red or white wine
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Dash nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 lb. Spaghetti
  • Olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese, for serving
