- 4 tablespoons kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon toasted ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon toasted ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon grated lime zest
