1 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, well drained and squezzed1 (4 1/4 ounce) cans flaked crab1 (10 ounce) cans water chestnuts, finely chopped3 green onions, chopped1 package ranch dressing mix1/2 teaspoon dill weed1/2 cup plain yogurt1/2 cup light mayonnaise20 mini pita pockets(whole wheat are best)
