Ingredients

  • 1 pt. lowfat cottage cheese
  • 1 c. plain lowfat yogurt
  • 1 1/2 T light mayonnaise
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry dill
  • 1/8 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry parsley flakes
  • 1 (10 ounce) pkg. frzn, minced spinach, thawed and thoroughly liquid removed
  • 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, liquid removed and minced
  • 8 ounce crab meat or possibly imitation crab meat
