  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8x10 inch flour tortillas
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 3 roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin (5 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander (5 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic (15 g)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese (250 ml)

Sour Cream Dip

  • 2 cups sour cream (500 ml)
  • 2 teaspoons chopped cilantro, optional (10 ml)
  • 4 tablespoons chopped parsley (60 ml)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne (1 ml)
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest (2 ml)
  • salt and pepper, to taste
