  • 1 tablespoon korma curry paste
  • 2 x 400g cans brown lentils, drained, rinsed
  • 1 1/4 cups fresh white breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup coriander leaves, roughly chopped
  • 20g butter
  • 4 multigrain bread rolls, split, toasted
  • 8 endive lettuce leaves
