  • 1 (20-ounce) package Jennie-O Turkey Store® Turkey Breast Strips
  • 2 teaspoons Creole, Cajun or Mexican seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 8 cups packed assorted torn salad greens
  • 1/2 cup shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese
  • 2 hard-cooked large eggs, whites coarsely chopped and yolks discarded
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes or diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup yellow or red bell pepper strips
  • 1/4 cup herb or garlic croutons
  • 2/3 cup fat-free Thousand Island dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
