- 1 (8-ounce) package whole wheat fettuccine, cooked and drained
- 1 (10-ounce) can Valley Fresh® White Chicken, drained
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup peanut halves
- 1/4 cup thinly slice red bell pepper
- Lettuce or savoy cabbage leaves, if desired
