- 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 1 1/2 cups honey
- 1 1/2 cups frozen limeade concentrate
- 6 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 6 pounds romaine lettuce, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 6 ounces roasted red pepper, cut into 1x3/8-inch strips
