  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • 12 ounces pecan halves
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 1 1/2 cups honey
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen limeade concentrate
  • 6 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 6 pounds romaine lettuce, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 6 ounces roasted red pepper, cut into 1x3/8-inch strips
