  • 1 - 2 tablespoons chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped, seeded cucumber
  • 1/2 cup chopped, peeled jicama
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice or lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup snipped fresh cilantro
