Remove from heat. Add
1 LB. TOFU, MASHED WELL WITH A FORK
2 CUPS COOKED MILLET** OR RICE
1 CUP CHOPPED WALNUTS
1 CUP CHOPPED CASHEWS
1/4 CUP SESAME SEEDS, TOASTED
1 TSP. PARSLEY
1/4 TSP. ROSEMARY
1/2 TSP. SAGE
1 1/2 TSP. SALT
1/2 TSP. PEPPER
3 EGGS, LIGHTLY BEATEN
