1 cup each diced red bell peppers and onions

6 ounces thawed frozen 'ready-to-serve' shrimp
3 eggs, beaten
1 ounce Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Topping:
2 teaspoons margarine
3 tablespoons plain dried bread crumbs
