1/2 cup chopped and loosely packed fresh basil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
3 drops hot pepper sauce
1/4 cup vegetable juice cocktail
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 beef rib eye steaks (about 4 ounces each),cut about 3/4' thick and trimmed of all visible fat
2 cups hot cooked brown rice
