  • 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes with juice
  • 1 19 oz can cannelloni beans, drained
  • 1 19 oz can chick peas or garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
