  • Filling:
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 lime, zested to a fine grate and juiced
  • 2 ounces fat-free cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp melted butter
  • 6 ounces fresh raspberries (small container)
  • 2 Tbsp confectioners sugar
