- 1 pound lean ground beef
2 cups carrot pennies
3/4 cup sliced celery
1 cup frozen cut green beans
1/5 cups slivered onions
1 1/2 cups potatos cut into approx. 1" chunks
1 12-oz can Campbell's Healthy Choice Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 1/2 cups Jiffy Baking Mix (or Bisquick)
1/2 cups 1% milk
1/3 cup water
1 1/2 cups potato flakes
Pepper, low sodium Monterey steak seasoning, thyme, garlic salt to taste.
Description
I Make This With Different Variations Of Vegetables All Of The Time. Sometimes I Use Healthy Request Cream Of Chicken Soup Instead. Other Veggies I Alternate With: Turnips, Green Beans, Sweet Potatoes, Corn.
