    2 cups fresh spinach
    1 cup sliced fresh muchrooms (shiitake, maitake, or reishi)
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 cup shredded carrots
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 cans chicken broth (99% fat-free, 33% less sodium)
    1 tablespoon salt
    1 tablespoon pepper
    2 teaspoons cumin
    2 teaspoons oregano
    fresh cilantro (as much as you like)
