3/4 cup water
1 tsp maple extract
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup white flour
2 tbsp spelt (or oat) bran
1/2 cup rolled oats (not instant)
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
